The first step is the Design Process. It is at this junction our award winning team of network engineers and architects work with you to assess the needs of your environment in order for us to recommend and leverage the necessary technology to support your workflow.

The second step is the Planning Process. It is at this junction we begin to build the model of what your network will consist of and how it will function. This step includes proof of concept, benchmarking, conceptual diagramming, specifications and budgeting. We work with you to also justify ROI and TCO if required.
Additionally we help coordinate any required 3rd party vendors for capacity planning, cabling, HVAC, electrical, telecom and connectivity needs.
The third step is the Implementation Process. It is at this junction we deliver the network to your environment and its location(s). No matter if it is a ground-up installation or an upgrade and decommission project, our team of implementation engineers will work hard to insure quality installation while minimizing downtime.
After the network has been implemented, the fourth and final step is the Documentation Process. It is here that the network comes together completely. We will provide detailed and thorough diagrams, administration procedures and best practices for maintaining your new network to your IT staff and/or executive management team. Our documentation process is organized and easy to read no matter what level of technical expertise you have.
